State Theatre tickets & upcoming events

The State Theatre in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is one of those historic gems that somehow manages to keep its vintage charm while still feeling fresh and exciting. I mean, this place has seen it all, think of the grandeur of its original 1921 Wurlitzer organ, which was beautifully restored and still adds that old-school magic to the vibe. It’s not just a pretty face, either; in 2017, the theatre hosted a pretty cool in-person recording by a renowned jazz group, giving it some serious musical cred. Fans love collecting the original ticket stubs, which kinda tells you how much history is packed in these walls. And don’t worry if you’re rolling in late or have mobility challenges, the accessible suites and thoughtfully designed seating make sure everyone’s got a good seat at the table. If you're visiting Minneapolis and wondering how to get here or snag a parking spot last minute, just ask around or check the nearby lots. Whether you're after the front-row thrill at The Bald and the Beautiful or splurging on the Justin Willman VIP sections, the theatre’s seating chart makes it easy to find your perfect spot.
